Proposed Rezoning in Parkview.

At the Tuesday, May 5 Public Hearing, Council will review a proposed rezoning in Parkview. Approval would allow for a medium scale mixed-use development. 

The site is located on the southwest corner of 142 Street and 91 Avenue, across from the former IGA/L'OCA location.

Our office has received a great deal of feedback both in support and opposition. The messages we have received will help guide Councillor Parmar through these discussions.
